🚚 Shipping Timeline
1. Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails.
Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time of 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday), which excludes weekends and public holidays.
As soon as your package is ready to dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.
2. Certain locations or items may not qualify for all shipping methods. We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. Shipping fees and delivery estimates will be clearly shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times are approximate, and tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over a week, don’t worry—just reach out to us, and we’ll gladly follow up with the carrier to ensure everything stays on track.
📌 Address Change / Order Cancellation
To change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed or shipped and can no longer be modified or canceled.
